Justice Minister receives Chinese Deputy Prosecutor General

Manama, Nov. 19 (BNA): Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Affairs, received Zhang Xue Qiao, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate of China.

The minister commended the close Bahraini-Chinese ties and the continued developments it witnessed in various fields.

He highlighted the significance of these visits in promoting cooperation, developing technology applications in the justice sector and coordination mechanisms to combat crime.
