Doha, November 20 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Spain Dr Pedro Sanchez on the occasion of taking the constitutional oath for a new term. (QNA)
