Foreign Minister meets NATO officials

Manama, Nov. 20 (BNA): Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Admiral Rob Bauer, Chair of the NATO Military Committee, and Boris Ruge, Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy at NATO, on the sidelines of Manama Dialogue.

The two sides discussed bilateral cooperation between Bahrain and NATO in areas of common interest.

They also exchanged views on current regional and international issues, including developments in the situation in the Gaza Strip, and the efforts being made to stop the war, protect civilians, deliver humanitarian aid, and maintain security and stability in the region.
