Cassation Court President receives GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre officials

Manama, Nov. 22 (BNA): Counselor Abdullah bin Hassan Al Buainain, President of the Court of Cassation, received Yusuf Zainulabddin Mohamed Zainal, Board Member of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Commercial Arbitration Centre, and Dr. Kamal Abdullah Al Hamad, Secretary General of the Centre. 

The meeting reviewed cooperation between the Court of Cassation and the Commercial Arbitration Centre.

Al Buainain congratulated the secretary general on his appointment and wished him success in his duties.

He commended the centers' efforts to settle disputes and spread the culture of arbitration that will contribute to attracting investment in the GCC.
