Sport Ministry Unveils Second Track of the Sports Clubs Investment and Privatization Project

Riyadh, December 31, 2023, SPA -- The Ministry of Sport and the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) announced today the second track of the Sports Clubs Investment and Privatization Project which was launched by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, in light of achieving the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals.
The second track of the Sports Clubs Investment and Privatization Project includes registering the interested local and international entities of investment in sports teams who can visit the ministry's website to register as the first step to begin the offering process.
The Sports Clubs Investment and Privatization Project, launched last June, is based on three strategic and fundamental objectives consisting of providing an attractive environment for investment in the sports sector, raising the professionalism and administrative level as well as the financial governance in the country's sports teams, and developing the infrastructure state in order to improve the sports fans' experience.
