KSrelief's Masam Project Dismantles 719 Mines within a Week in Yemen

Aden, January 01, 2023, SPA -- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's (KSrelief) Masam Project, dedicated to clearing mines in Yemen, successfully dismantled 719 mines in the fourth week of December 2023. This count includes 2 anti-personnel mines, 102 anti-tank mines, 615 unexploded ordnance.
Since the project's inception, a total of 426,809 mines have been dismantled.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, aims to clear Yemeni lands of all mines, which have tragically caused the death and injury of innocent children, women, and the elderly.
