OIC Secretary-General Receives Russia’s New Permanent Observer

Jeddah, January 02, 2024, SPA -- The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Hissein Brahim Taha, received today, at the general secretariat headquarters in Jeddah, the Ambassador Turko Daudov, who presented his Letter of Credence as Permanent Observer of the Russian Federation to the OIC.
During the meeting, the two sides commended the level of OIC-Russian relations and expressed a mutual wish to further enhance them. They also exchanged views on issues of common interests.
