The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Orders Hosting of 1,000 Umrah Performers from All Countries

Riyadh, January 03, 2024, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud has ordered that 1,000 Umrah performers from all countries of the world be hosted in 2024 as part of the Guests of Custodian of Two Holy Mosques Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visit, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance.
Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh expressed gratitude to King Salman and HRH the Crown Prince for their generous gesture, and said that it demonstrates the Saudi leadership's deep commitment to serving Islam and Muslims, strengthening brotherhood among Muslims worldwide, and fostering meaningful communication with stakeholders in various areas of Islamic work.
He said that 1,000 Islamic personalities, scholars, sheikhs, influential figures in the Islamic world, and university professors, will be hosted to perform Umrah and pray at the Prophet’s Mosque.
He also expressed appreciation for the support his ministry has received in various domains, enabling it to carry out its mission to serve Islam and Muslims, spread Islamic values, and counter hatred, extremism, and immoderation.
