Minister of Islamic Affairs Receives Speaker of Thai House of Representatives

Riyadh, January 17, 2024, SPA-- Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh received at his office in Riyadh today Speaker of the House of the Representatives of Thailand Wan Muhamad Noor Matha and his accompanying delegation as part of their official visit to the Kingdom.
During the meeting, Muslim conditions in the Kingdom of Thailand were discussed.
The minister noted the efforts exerted by the Kingdom's wise leadership to serve Islam and Muslims and spread moderation and tolerance of Islam.
He also pointed out that through its 73 programs in Thailand, the ministry seeks to spread the values of tolerance and coexistence and reject violence, hatred, and extremism.
In response, the Thai speaker expressed thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for their unwavering support to serve Islam and Muslims.
