KSrelief's Masam Project Helps Clear 1,010 Mines in Yemen in a Week

Aden, January 21, 2024, SPA -- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's (KSrelief) Masam Project, dedicated to clearing mines in Yemen, dismantled 1,010 mines in the third week of January 2024. These include one anti-personnel mine, 117 anti-tank mines, 890 unexploded ordnance, and one explosive device.
Since the start of the project, a total of 429,590 mines have been cleared.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, is committed to clearing Yemeni lands of all mines that have tragically resulted in the loss of lives and injuries to innocent children, women, and the elderly.
