Mufti of Al-Quds condemns Israeli Minister's provocative

Tunis, June 24, SPA -- The Mufti of Al-Quds, Sheikh Mohammed Hussein
condemned today the recent visit of Israeli Minister of Internal
Security to Al-Aqsa Mosque and said it is provocative visit, adding
that such outrageous acts might pave the way for a third intifada
(Uprising).

He noted that the Israeli minister had swooped into the Mosque from
al-Maghariba Gate whose keys were confiscated by the Israeli
occupying forces since 1967.

This development comes within the framework of Israel to Judaize
Al-Quds.

He pointed out the visit has come following the speech delivered but
Israeli premier Netanyahu in which he denied the right of the
Palestinians to return to their homeland.
