Transportation Minister meets Moroccan Digital Transition Ministry Secretary General

Manama, Jan. 31 (BNA): Mohammed bin Thamer Al Kaabi, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, Chairperson of the Digital Cooperation Organisation (DCO), met Sarah Lamrani, Secretary General of the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform in Morocco, on the sidelines of the DCO 3rd General Assembly.

The minister hailed the Bahraini-Moroccan relations, affirming keenness to enhance cooperation.  

Al Kaabi noted Bahrain’s stance in enhancing international cooperation in the field of digital transformation and activating opportunities and initiatives aimed at achieving digital prosperity and growth in DCO member states.

The two sides discussed ways to achieve comprehensive and sustainable growth for the digital sector, and topics of common interest including cooperation in the field of digital transformation.
