Yemen, Bahrain discuss promoting economic, cultural relations
SANA'A, June 24 (Saba) - Prime Minister Ali Mujawar discussed here
on Wednesday with Speaker of Bahrain's Shura Council Ali Ben Saleh
Al Saleh promoting the economic and cultural ties between the two
brotherly countries.
In the meeting, Mujawar affirmed the importance of developing
mechanisms of the Yemeni-Bahraini joint work in the investment and
trade fields and the need for activating the role of the current
joint committee in this regard.
The meeting dealt with the Bahraini experience in field of the two
legislative chambers system and the possibility of availing from in
Yemen.
The Premier confirmed Yemen's aspiration to avail from the Bahraini
experiences in stock and banks field, especially in light of
preparing for setting up the stock market in Yemen.
For his part, the Bahraini official made it clear that his current
visit comes within strengthening the brotherly relations between the
two countries in all levels, describing the bilateral relations with
Yemen as excellent.
In this regard, Al Saleh pointed out the importance of pushing
forward the activity of the joint committee and stressing its active
role in achieving the two countries' ambitions in the economic and
cultural fields.
