Mass Movement for Increasing Fertility of Fields Brisk in South Hwanghae Province of DPRK

Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK is conducting a mass movement to improve the fertility of fields.

Officials and working people of industrial establishments in the province have conducted a mass movement for producing more manure, and carried more than 1.8 million tons of self-sufficient fertilizer to fields this year.

They have provided more than 15 000 tons of slaked lime by giving precedence to the preparations for improving acidic soil. -0-
