HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulates the Amir of the State of Qatar

Manama, Feb. 10 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to the Amir of the State of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, following the Qatar National Football Team's victory in the 2023 AFC Asian Cup held in Doha, Qatar.

 
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister praised the Qatar National Football Team's outstanding performance throughout the tournament, which led Qatar to win its second Asian title in its history.

His Royal Highness commended Qatar's exceptional organisation of the AFC Asian Cup, which resulted in its success.
 
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister praised the strength of Bahrain-Qatar relations, wishing Qatar and its citizens continued success and prosperity.

His Royal Highness sent two similar cables to the Deputy Amir of Qatar, HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, and the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani.
