Foreign Affairs Minister meets Mauritanian official

Geneva, Feb. 27 (BNA): Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashed Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met Cheikh Ahmedou Sidi, Mauritania's Commissioner for Human Rights, Humanitarian Action and Relations with Civil Society, on the sidelines of the 55th session of the Human Rights Council.

The meeting focused on strengthening relations between the two countries, and enhancing bilateral cooperation in protecting, as well as promoting human rights and freedoms at both national and international levels to serve mutual interests.
