Speaker of Djibouti Parliament Praises Kingdom's Providing Ramadan Iftar Meals

Riyadh, March 15, 2024, SPA -- The Speaker of the Parliament of Djibouti, Dileita Mohammed Dileita, expressed his gratitude to the Saudi government for establishing a program to distribute dates and iftar meals for those fasting during Ramadan.
The program was launched by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance at the beginning of the holy month. It includes distributing 500 tons of dates in 93 countries and holding Iftar banquets in 60 countries.
Dileita praised the excellent relationship between the Kingdom and Djibouti and acknowledged the Djiboutian people's participation in these programs and initiatives.
The Kingdom's embassy and the religious attaché in Djibouti hold such programs annually during the holy month.
The Kingdom's government extends a helping hand to all Muslims worldwide, senses their needs, and stands with them in all their issues.
