Congratulations to Pakistani FM

Pyongyang, March 16 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui on Thursday sent a congratulatory message to Muhammad Ishaq Dar upon his appointment as foreign minister of Pakistan.
The message said:
I extend my congratulations to you on your appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
I embrace this opportunity to express my conviction that the close collaboration between the two foreign ministries will make substantial contribution to developing further the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and Pakistan.
