Qualifying Games for 2026 FIFA World Cup

Pyongyang, March 22 (KCNA) -- There were the first matches between the DPRK team and its rivals Syrian, Myanmar and Japanese teams belonging to Group B of the second round of the Asian Zone Qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The DPRK team played a match with the Japanese team on March 21, after recording 0:1 in the match with the Syrian team on November 16 and 6:1 in the match with Myanmar team on Nov. 21 last year. The fierce match ended by 0:1.
The second matches of those teams will start on March 26. -0-
