DPRK Proves Successful at IIHF Ice Hockey Women's World Championship

Pyongyang, April 9 (KCNA) -- The DPRK team came first in the 2024 IIHF Ice Hockey Women's World championship Division II, Group 2.
The championship was held in Türkiye from April 1 to 7.
The DPRK team beat the New Zealand team 5:1, the South African team 14:0, the Türkiye team 7:1, the Chinese Hong Kong team 2:1 and the Australian team 2:1. And its player Kim Un Hyang won the best player prize. -0-
