President Kim Il Sung Remembered Abroad

Pyongyang, April 28 (KCNA) -- Such events as meetings, seminars, round-table talks, lectures, book and photo exhibitions and film shows were held in Mongolia, Iran, Thailand, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Romania, France, Kyrgyzstan and Mexico to celebrate the 112th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.
Present there were personages of various circles and masses in those countries.
Screened at the film shows were a film dealing with the great personality of the President and a video showing the development of socialist Korea.
Speeches were made at the events.
The chairman of the Mongolian Centre for the Study of Juche and the executive chairman of the Mongolian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea-Songun Idea said that the present acute international situation made them more keenly realize that the Juche idea founded by Comrade Kim Il Sung is a great ideology indicating the road ahead of mankind, adding that he performed great feats for accomplishing the cause of independence against imperialism.
The chairman of the Friendship Society Norway-Korea gave a briefing on the President's famous work "Officials Should Become Faithful Servants of the People", stressing that the President devoted his whole life to the country and people.
Personages of the Danish Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany and the International Taekwon-Do Association in Iran said that the President was a great leader, prominent statesman and true model internationalist who made great contributions to the Korean revolution and the world revolution, adding his exploits will shine long along with the history of socialist Korea.
The chairperson of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said that the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who is creditably carrying forward the ideas and cause of the preceding leaders, has wisely led the Korean people in their struggle for building a powerful socialist country.
The chairman of the Socialist Party of Romania, the chairperson of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party of Kyrgyzstan, the general secretary of the Central Committee of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico and the national leader of the Workers' Party of Mexico praised the President as a legendary great man boundlessly revered by all people, an iron-willed brilliant commander and a sage for the century and lauded his achievements for the times and history.
Meanwhile, a seminar was held under the sponsorship of the Korean Friendship Association to mark the 112th birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung. -0-
