National Footwear Exhibition Closes

Pyongyang, April 30 (KCNA) -- The 2024 Spring National Footwear Exhibition was held in the DPRK from April 23 to 29.
During the exhibition, officials and working people of scientific research institutes, production units and relevant units shared successes and experience through multi-faceted technical exchanges, true to the intention of the Workers' Party of Korea which set the improvement of quality of consumer goods as the seed and main direction of the revolution in light industry.
Highly appreciated at its sci-tech presentation were new shoes designs for school girls and boys, etc.
The closing ceremony took place at the Pyongyang Yokjon Department Store on April 29. -0-
