Hundreds of Tons of Kelp Harvested

Pyongyang, May 28 (KCNA) -- Several offshore farms in the West Sea of the DPRK harvest hundreds of tons of kelp on a daily average.
The Pupho Offshore Farm is cultivating kelp on a scientific and technological way.
The Kumipho Offshore Farm has introduced advanced methods according to the conditions of seawater temperature and sunshine and put the cultivation of kelp on a scientific basis to ensure steady growth in production.
The Ongjin Offshore Farm is steadily increasing the kelp output. -0-
