MEETING WITH ADILA ALIYEVA, AZERBAIJANI MUSICIAN

Baku, 30 June (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan State Museum of Musical Culture hosted a meeting with pianist Adila Aliyeva, Head of the High International Music Academy of France. The event kicked off with presentation of “To live for music” documentary featuring life and work of Adila Aliyeva.
Adila Aliyeva, the outstanding French pianist of Azerbaijan descent, was born in Baku. She began studying classical piano at the age of five, and her live performance was for the first time broadcasted when she was six. Adila Aliyeva has graduated from the Moscow P.I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory. She is an outstanding performer of the music by Gara Garayev, Edison Denisov, P.I. Tchaikovsky and other composers. To date, she has recorded and released 30 albums. Adila Aliyeva has been living in France for twenty years. During these years she played myriad concerts and was invited to TV and Broadcasting music programs in Great Britain, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Netherlands, Denmark and other countries.
