BOOK “ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC” PUBLISHED IN POLISH
Baku, 30 June (AzerTAc). Pyotr Kviatkevich, modern Polish historian, has written a book titled “Establishment of the Azerbaijan Republic”, recently released on the initiative of the Azerbaijan Embassy in Poland, press service of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan said.
The book covers socio-political events in the Soviet Azerbaijan late 1980s, the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict, fair position of Azerbaijan in the conflict, the measures undertaken by nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev for strengthening of Azerbaijani statehood and other questions.
