AZERBAIJANI YOUTH AND SPORT MINISTRY, UZBEKISTAN KAMOLOT PUBLIC YOUTH MOVEMENT APPROVE JOINT ACTION PLAN ON YOUTH COOPERATION
Baku, July 1 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov and Chairman of the Central Council of Uzbekistan Kamolot Public Youth Movement Akrom Alimov approved a joint action plan on youth cooperation for 2009-2010.
Azad Rahimov said, during the event on the occasion, the document would contribute to boosting youth cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
Rahimov noted “it would be interesting to take advantage of Uzbekistan`s experience in the youth sphere”.
For his part, Akrom Alimov praised the fact that “there are close ties between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan on the youth policy”.
The event participants also saw video clips on the activity of the Kamolot movement and the youth policy in Azerbaijan.
