DAYS OF AZERBAIJAN CULTURE STARTED IN RUSSIA

Baku, 2 July (AzerTAc). In the Days of Azerbaijani Culture in Moscow and Kazan cities of the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan is represented by a delegation comprising 80 people led by Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfaz Garayev. As reported from the Ministry, the program includes photo-exhibition of Tahir Mammadov in Moscow, of Farid Khayrulin – in Kazan, and concerts of the Children-Youth Symphonic Orchestra and dancing group of the Baku Choreographic School.
The Days started on 20 June in Moscow. The Deputy Minister of Culture of Russia Alexander Golutva noted the great achievements in development of relations between two countries in all areas, including in cultural sphere. Underlining that they very much love the Azerbaijani culture and art, the Deputy Minister congratulated participants on this significant event.
Minister Abulfaz Garayev characterized such grandiose concert in the Russian capital as an important event in the field of culture. Noting that Days of the Russian Culture have passed in Azerbaijan successfully, the Minister has also emphasized that the mutual trust between the people of Russia and Azerbaijan opens a way to the future successes and achievements.
On 2 July, the Days of the Azerbaijan Culture will continue in Kazan.
