“DEVELOPMENT OF CO-OPERATIVE BONDS MARKET” INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE HELD IN BAKU
Baku, July 4 (AzerTAc). The international conference entitled “Development of co-operative loan market” was held in Baku. The conference was organized by Turkey’s “YapiKredi Bank” and Azerbaijan State Committee for Securities.
Chair of Economic Policy Committee of the Parliament Ziyad Samadzade, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic, representatives of different banks, companies, and organizations including the international financial institutions attended the conference.
The aim of the conference was to discuss mechanisms to improve the borrowing amongst companies in the private sector in Azerbaijan through the issuance of corporate bonds and improve relationships between investors and issuers.
Delivering a speech at the event, Chairman of Azerbaijan State Committee for Securities Rufat Aslanli told about the development of capital market in Azerbaijan.
Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic noted that Turkish businessmen had keen interest in the capital market of Azerbaijan.
The event participants exchanged views and discussed the proposals for use of crediting mechanisms and financial market development for the purpose of ensuring companies’ financial resources.
