Al-Anqari attends UNESCO conference

Paris, July 06, SPA -- Saudi Minister of Higher Education today
attended the opening session of UNESCO's International conference
which was also attended by representatives of 70 countries.

In a press statement, the Minister, who led his country's delegation
to the event, said the Kingdom is safe from the detrimental impact of
the international financial crisis incurred by several countries.

He told journalists that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was seeking to
reach globalization in the field of higher education through its
excellent programs and contacts with grand universities in the world.
