RMS Commander visits Türkiye to discuss health cooperation

Manama, Apr. 18 (BNA): Brigadier Dr. Shaikh Fahad bin Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Medical Services (RMS) and Chairman of the High Committee for Overseas Treatment, paid an official visit to the Republic of Türkiye.
During the visit, Brig. Dr. Shaikh Fahad bin Khalifa met with Behlül Ünver, CEO of the International Health Services (USHAS) affiliated with the Turkish Ministry of Health, in the presence of Ensar Doğan, Minister Counselor at the Turkish Ministry of Health.
The meeting explored opportunities to exchange expertise and benefit from both sides' experiences to strengthen healthcare cooperation with Turkey’s health system.
Brig. Dr. Shaikh Fahad bin Khalifa concluded the visit with a field tour of Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital, where he reviewed the latest developments across various departments. He expressed appreciation for the efforts made to improve bilateral healthcare relations and boost performance in the sector.
