YAP DEPUTY CHAIR MEETS YOUNG MEMBERS OF TURKISH AK PARTY
Baku, July 9 (AzerTAc). Deputy Chairman and Executive Secretary of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP), MP Ali Ahmadov has met a delegation of the Youth Wing of the Turkish ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party).
Ahmadov spoke of the Azerbaijan-Turkey relations, saying “they are based on strong friendship and brotherhood”.
“The relations between our states have reached the level of strategic partnership,” he said.
Touching upon the YAP-AK Party relations, Ahmadov said the two parties “are closely cooperating”.
“Youth wings of our parties also enjoy close relations,” added the YAP Deputy Chair.
Ismayil Karaosmanoglu, first deputy chair of the AK Party`s Youth Wing, praised the fact “leadership of both parties attach special importance to developing bilateral relations”.
The role of youth in developing socio-political processes was also discussed during the meeting.
