Cairo, Apr. 20 (BNA): The Arab Labour Organisation honoured Sabah Salem Al Doseri, former Shura Council member and former Labour Ministry Undersecretary, as one of the pioneers of Arab labour. The recognition took place on the sidelines of the 51st Arab Labour Conference, held in the Arab Republic of Egypt from April 19-26.
Al Doseri was honoured for his contributions during his service at the Ministry of Labour, where he held several leadership roles, most recently serving as Undersecretary from 2011 to 2020. Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Minister of Labour, congratulated Al Doseri on the recognition. He commended his professional achievements and his role in supporting Arab labour cooperation, developing human resources, and enhancing labour relations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

He said that the recognition reflects the efforts of Bahrain’s government in advancing the labour market and improving the business environment, supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the policies of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
