Celebration Events Held in Russia

Pyongyang, May 3 (KCNA) -- Celebration meetings, round-table talks and other colorful events took place in Russia between April 7 and 15 under the sponsorship of political parties, organizations and institutions of Russia on the occasion of the 113th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.
Speeches were made at the events attended by personages of political parties, government, parliament, organizations and institutions and masses of Russia.
Speakers expressed their resolve to make positive efforts for the development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations which reached an unprecedented high level, praising the sacred revolutionary career and noble popular traits of the President running through with the ideology and ideal of independence.
Congratulatory messages to the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events.
Meanwhile, an on-line Korean stamps exhibition was held at a stamp company of Russia from April 13 to 18 on the occasion of the significant April holiday. -0-
