UPU INTERNATIONAL BUREAU CHIEF PRAISES POSTAL FINANCIAL AND ICT SERVICES IN AZERBAIJAN
Baku, July 10 (AzerTAc). Director General of the Universal Postal Union`s International Bureau, Edouard Dayan, has hailed Azerbaijan`s achievements in improving postal financial services and applying information and communication technologies.
In a letter to the Azerbaijan Postal Administration, Dayan said “Azerbaijan`s experience in applying postal financial services can serve as an example to many countries”.
Dayan also praised the contribution of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies to a conference of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications which was held in Baku and dealt with postal financial services.
