HM King returns to Bahrain after visits to Saudi Arabia, UK, and UAE

Manama, May 21 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa returned to the Kingdom of Bahrain following a visit during which His Majesty the King led Bahrain’s delegation to the GCC-US Summit held in Riyadh, at the invitation of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

His Majesty the King then visited the United Kingdom, where a meeting was held with His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to review the close and longstanding strategic partnership between the two kingdoms. HM the King also attended the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

This was followed by a visit to the United Arab Emirates, during which HM the King met with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. Both leaders highlighted the deep-rooted bilateral ties and discussed means to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two countries, in addition to reviewing regional and international developments.

Upon departure from the UAE, His Majesty the King was bid farwell by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.
