Passports Directorate Verifies Identities of Lost and Hospitalized Pilgrims Using Mobile Biometric Services

   Mina, June 8, 2025, SPA -- The General Directorate of Passports in Makkah and the holy sites deployed mobile electronic service teams to verify the identities of lost pilgrims and those admitted to hospitals across the holy sites during the Hajj season.
   Using advanced biometric fingerprint verification devices, the teams successfully identified individuals at guidance centers and healthcare facilities.
