Foreign Minister holds call with Saudi counterpart

Manama, June 22 (BNA): Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a telephone call with His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The ministers discussed the latest regional developments, emphasising the importance of joint efforts and increased regional and international initiatives to halt escalation and reduce tensions. Both sides also underscored the need to resume US-Iran negotiations through diplomatic means, to help end the war and achieve regional security and peace.
