SCH Chairmam confirms accreditation of Bahrain Health Council is national achievement

Manama, June 23 (BNA):  Lieutenant General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Health (SCH) and the Bahrain Council for Health Studies and Specialties, confirmed that the Council’s institutional accreditation by the Arab Board of Health Specialisations is a significant national achievement.  

He stated that this accreditation marks important progress in Bahrain’s development of medical education and the quality of specialist training programmes.  He added that the achievement reflects the extensive efforts made to develop a comprehensive training system based on the highest standards of competence and excellence.

Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah noted that the accreditation is in line with the aim of preparing qualified national medical professionals who possess the knowledge and skills necessary to serve the community effectively.

He highlighted that this accomplishment aligns with the vision and aspirations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
