Developing youth economic awareness course launched in Sana'a

SANA'A, July 12 (Saba)- The Social Democratic Forum in collaboration with the German
Friedrich Ebert Stiftung organized on Sunday a training course on developing
economic awareness among youth with 25 participants from civil society organizations
and political parties.

The course is aiming to build capacities of youth regarding the economic development
and activate skills of communication among the youth in the political parties and
civil society organizations.

Executive manager of Social Democratic Forum Waleed Abdul-Hafiz told Saba that
course comes within the Youth Development Program implemented by the German
Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, pointing out that the forum aimed to introduce principles
of full and part economy, assessment of economic budgeting, the mechanism of
collecting development information and ways of writing reports.
