HE Lebanese President departs Bahrain following official visit

Manama, July 23 (BNA): His Excellency General Joseph Aoun, President of the Lebanese Republic, departed the Kingdom of Bahrain following an official visit, during which he held talks with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

The discussions focused on the strong relations between Bahrain and Lebanon, as well as regional and international developments.

HE President Aoun was seen off at Bahrain International Airport by Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Head of the Mission of Honour; Salman bin Isa bin Hindi Al Mannai, Governor of Muharraq Governorate; Mirna Khawly, Chargé d’Affaires of the Lebanese Embassy in Bahrain; and other officials.
