Foreign Ministry, Global Affairs Canada Hold First Round of Political Consultations

   Ottawa, August 01, 2025, SPA -- The first round of political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Global Affairs Canada took place yesterday in Ottawa.
   The Saudi delegation was led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs Dr. Saud Al-Sati, while the Canadian side was headed by Global Affairs Canada’s Assistant Deputy Minister for Europe, Arctic, Middle East, and Maghreb Alexandre Lévêque.
   The two parties discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and exchanged views on several regional and international issues of mutual interest.
