Deputy Prime Minister receives outgoing Philippines Ambassador

Manama, Aug. 17 (BNA):  Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, received Anne Jalando-on Louis, the outgoing Ambassador of the Philippines to Bahrain.

Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah highlighted the bilateral relations between Bahrain and the Philippines across various domains.  He noted the ambassador’s efforts in enhancing cooperation between the two countries, wishing her every success in her future responsibilities.

For her part, Ambassador Louis expressed her sincere gratitude for the support extended to her throughout her tenure.  She wished the Kingdom continued progress and prosperity.
