KSrelief Awarded ISO Certificate for Data Quality
Riyadh, August 20, 2025, SPA -- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) was awarded the international ISO 8000-1:2022 certificate for data quality, becoming the first Saudi entity to receive the global recognition in the field, according to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The milestone culminates the KSrelief's sustained efforts to enhance and refine data quality in accordance with ISO standards. The certificate stands as an international recognition of KSrelief's technical and administrative competencies and its best practices in governance and commitment.
KSrelief has successfully completed all requirements to obtain the certificate, including an initial study of its management systems, gap analysis, review of policies, procedures and organizational structure, and the formation of a specialized project management team. The Saudi Aid Platform was also assessed, from aid data registration and auditing processes to publication and documentation mechanisms on international platforms, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and professionalism in data handling and reporting.
On this occasion, Advisor to the Royal Court and KSrelief Supervisor General Abdullah Al Rabeeah expressed deep gratitude to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He stated that their unwavering support and wise guidance have served as the foundation for this achievement.
Al Rabeeah affirmed KSrelief’s ongoing commitment to excellence and leadership in humanitarian work, aligned with the goals of the Saudi leadership and Vision 2030.
