Memory Contest of University Students Held in DPRK
Pyongyang, August 30 (KCNA) -- The 6th Memory Contest of University Students took place at Kim Chaek University of Technology of the DPRK from August 26 to 29.
The contest brought together excellent university students selected from across the country.
The contest took place, divided into 10 events including speed card memorization, binary memorization and random words memorization. The participants showed well the high ability and talents they have acquired while learning to their heart's content under the most advantageous socialist educational system.
Ryang Jong Hui, a student of Kim Hyong Jik University of Education, came first in total. Pak Un Yong, a student of Pyongyang University of Foreign Studies, and Ko Jin Ung, a student of Kim Chaek University of Technology, placed second and third respectively.
Certificates were awarded to the highly appreciated units and participants. -0-
