Sangwon Cement Complex Fulfills National Economic Plan for August

Pyongyang, August 31 (KCNA) -- The Sangwon Cement Complex in the DPRK fulfilled its national economic plan for August.
The work to find out even one more reserve for increased production and economy was conducted on a mass movement, and the maintenance and repair of the kiln was carried out as required by the technical norms, providing a sure guarantee for increased production.
The workers of the calcinating workshop found out elements that can affect the change in calcinating temperature and took measures, and thus increased the production of clinker 108 percent as against the same period last year, and the cement workshop directed efforts to raising the smoothness of the crushing process to produce hundreds of more tons of cement on a daily average.
The Sangwon Limestone Mine saved a lot of materials and manpower by utilizing efficient blasting methods and ore production methods, and the Ilchulbong Mine over-fulfilled its index plan by conducting a technological innovation campaign to improve the performance of crushers.
Thanks to the struggle of the officials and workers of the Sangwon Cement Complex, the cement productivity continues to expand. -0-
