Riyadh, September 3, 2025, SPA -- The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources announced that 50 Saudi factories have obtained international certifications from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The certifications were granted in quality management systems, environmental sustainability, and occupational safety.
This achievement reflects the ministry’s efforts to enhance the efficiency of factories and the quality of products, while encouraging the adoption of best practices and international standards that strengthen the global competitiveness of Saudi industries.

The certifications include ISO 9001 for quality management systems, ISO 14001 for environmental management systems, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety management systems.
