     Al-Baha, September 3, 2025, SPA -- King Saud bin Abdulaziz Airport in Al-Baha earned its Level 2 certification in the Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI). The accreditation highlights the airport's commitment to quality and to improving services for travelers.
   The certification is a direct result of the airport's dedication to providing an integrated passenger experience that prioritizes comfort at every stage of the journey.
   The focus on customer experience has proven successful, with the airport serving over 429,000 passengers and handling 4,100 flights in 2024.
