KSrelief Masam Project Clears 968 Mines in Yemen in One Week

   Aden, September 4, 2025, SPA -- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Masam Project removed 968 explosives across various regions of Yemen during the fifth week of August. The cleared explosives included four anti-personnel mines, 32 anti-tank mines, 925 unexploded ordnance, and 7 explosive devices.
   These efforts bring the total number of explosives cleared since the start of the Masam Project to 512,323. These explosives were randomly planted throughout Yemeni territory, endangering innocent civilians, including children, women, and elderly people, and sowing fear in once-safe communities.
