Islamic Affairs Offers Visitors a Virtual Tour of the Prophet's Mosque at Moscow Book Fair

      Moscow, September 6, 2025, SPA -- At the 38th Moscow International Book Fair, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance offered visitors a unique virtual-reality (VR) experience. The exhibit allowed the visitors to take an immersive tour inside the Prophet's Mosque and its surrounding landmarks.  Using VR headsets, visitors could move through the halls of the mosque and visit the Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa, which left a deep and lasting impression on them.
   The virtual tour received widespread praise from visitors, who expressed their admiration for Saudi Arabia's efforts to use the latest technology to serve Islam and Muslims. They lauded the Kingdom's work in highlighting the significance of the Two Holy Mosques and making their landmarks accessible in a modern, innovative way.
   In addition to the virtual tour, the ministry's pavilion introduced visitors to some electronic applications, including a multilingual virtual Hajj and Umrah app and the "Rushd" app that provides a digital version of the Holy Quran.
   The exhibit embodies the ministry's mission to showcase the Kingdom's dedication to serving the Two Holy Mosques and enabling pilgrims and visitors to benefit from the latest technological advancements.  It aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to develop and improve the quality of services provided.
