HM King holds call with Egyptian President

Manama, Sept. 4 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa held a telephone call with His Excellency Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt. 

HM King Hamad and HE President El Sisi discussed the longstanding relations between the two countries.

His Majesty thanked HE President El Sisi for the warm reception and hospitality during the official visit of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs. HM the King affirmed the visit’s success in deepening bilateral ties and the development of strategic cooperation, reflecting the strong bonds and historical connections between the leaderships and peoples of the two countries.

HM the King and HE the President also exchanged greetings on the anniversary of the birth of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).
